Elk Creek Café + Aleworks is going whole hog! Chef Winston has partnered with Rising Spring Meat Co. and Sylvan Acres Farm to bring you this special event. Butchering a whole Berkshire heritage breed hog and creating a diverse tasting menu from around the globe, Italian Porcchetta with Bucatelli Pasta, Jamaican Green Jerk Pork Shoulder, and of course Maryland style smoked BBQ.
